TICE. Has no motivational skills for his players, picks plays out of a playbook that was used when Moss was playing here (or at least thats what I'm told), sometimes uses players the wrong way, horrible dresser (vest gets on my nerves), quits on his team through out the year, horrible speaker, and overall bad coach.

TICE. He is annoying because he is so stupid. The other guys on this list are "cagey annoying" (Shanahan for example) while Tice is just "stupid annoying". Its hard to get good info from him to manage your fantasy team because he doesn't know what the hell he is doing most of the time.

There ya go. UofM desperately needs a new coach with fresh ideas. The recruiting is still going to be there, but at this point players are turning down Michigan because of the style Carr plays.
