ive tried doing this, but i just cant do it, can you get the watermark off this pic, of al wilson, also if anybody else can do it, thats cool too, its just that joshy has done this for me before, so if anybody else can do it, be my guest, i just knew joshy could do this so, thanks to whoever helps.

I hate that too. It has happened to me with sigs requests. Not cool but I am sure there was some misunderstanding.

As a neutral observer your original response seemed to indicate you couldn't get the pic to work - I am sure LooseCannon was only trying to be helpful...

As for people "taking" other people's requests - I think usually it's a good thing when it happens because the requester often ends up with multiple sigs to choose/alternate so no big deal...

You're wrong, when you take the time to make someone a sig it's so they will use it and be displayed on these boards, not to be a choice. Good for the sig taker not the sig maker.

I am new at this painting stuff, and I know alot of guys (and gals) are better than me. Sig requests are not competitions of who does a better sig. Its dedicating your time and helping someone that needs a sig. It is very frustrating, not only when you dedicate the time to make a sig, but also when you make corrections and revisions and then to find out that someone decided to make that person an entirely new sig.

On the other hand if you are that competitve thats what the cafe sig competitions are for.

Again, thats another reason why the more experienced painters take only personal requests (to say the least I am getting the ins and outs here)
