all i can see is his horrible stats so far, was he hurt or something or was it just a bad day for the Giants?

They never gave him the ball. They are too busy trying to showcase Eli Manning and his wonderful passing skillz. I'm unsure of why they dont run more screen passes, or even little dump offs to him. Eli is too busy slingin down the field to Shockey and Burress.

They had too many series where Barber never saw the ball. Every time he touched it, he was getting great yardage... makes ya wonder?

Then at the end, Tiki had a nice 9 yd run to take the ball down to the 2-3 yard line and they bring in Jacobs. I understand he's the short yardage back, but it was his very first carry of the game, and fumbled at the goal line. Tiki is still underrated even by his own coach, and hopefully they'll continue to lose games in hope that Coughlin changes things up. Sick, and i'm not even a Giants fan.

He didn't touch the ball a lot, 14 carries for 64 yards. He looked ok though, it was more Manning's poor play than Tiki's ineffectiveness. JMO

They didn't give him the ball enough.

At one point, Tiki had a great carry..took them down to the 4. They subbed in Jacobs and he fumbled it on the goalline. The announcers were RIPPING the Giants' staff saying, "Tiki is your best player and you don't have him in on the goal line? That's crazy."

Hopefully, Jacobs' fumble will take away some of his goalline totes.

kind of sounds like the chargers the first two weeks, when they weren't giving the best player in the game the ball.

you can't win like that. give the ball to your stud [see chargers last four weeks, even the loss].

I hope Jacobs fumble means increased goalline carries for Tiki. Any projections for the rest of the year???

He's still having a pretty good season overall. Only two bad/mediocre weeks out of 5 so far I mean why the complaints? If he keeps up this pace he'll end up with really great numbers and I think he'll do even better.
The facts have no meaning.
