How come yahoo wouldn't let me start Seattle defense???

Postby The Guru » Sun Oct 16, 2005 7:33 pm

how come yahoo wouldn't let me start Seatle defense before the game started???

I needed a defense for this week.

1. Picked up Seattle defense at 8:20 pm
2. Went to start them before the game started but it didn't let me.

I thought you could change starting lineups before a game started.

I would think you could select them before the game started, but 8:20 is cutting it kinda thin.

True thats my mistake for waiting till the last minute.

But I thought you could wait until the last minute. In yahoo fantasy baseball I know you can wait until the game starts.

I wonder if they incorporated a 10 minute before game time cutoff?

It's still five minutes but waiting to pick up a def ten minutes before the game on a Sunday night when all of yahoo is checking their teams is kind of chancing it. You might have saw how slow the cafe got with 400 people online.

I thought that also, but this morning at 9:54 when I went into my Yahoo FF page, I noticed my early game players were already locked in. Go figure :-?

It's just like baseball. Either 5 or 10 minutes before the game starts. After that they are locked.
