Straight Pick 'em

Well, I won last week in my company's pick 'em league (first time)...I only picked one wrong...Pittsburgh.

This week looks incredibly tough. Looking at the lines, it looks like there's really only a few locks...Washington, Indy, and Atlanta. The other are good teams playing good teams (SD@Phi, Pitt@Cincy, Dal@Sea, Den@NYG) or bad teams playing bad teams (Det@Cle, GB@Min, NO@StL, Buf@Oak, Ten@Ari).

Anyone have the teams they picked?

I also went 13-1 last week, my lone wrong pick was Oakland.

Redskins over 49ers
Rams over Saints (If Bulger plays)
Chiefs over Dolphins (Hurricane could hit Miami)
Browns over Lions
Eagles over Chargers
Colts over Texans
Cowboys over Seahawks (Check my avatar)
Cardinals over Titans
Giants over Broncos
Raiders over Bills
Bears over Ravens
Falcons over Jets

The BOLD games are ones I think are locks and wont be changing. All the other ones might change before gametime. Early in the week I like to pick almost all of the HOME teams to win and only switch it if the road team makes a strong case for it. Example, I switched my pick of Steelers to the Jaguars when I knew that Hines Ward and Roethlisberger were both out.

Buffalo will beat Oakland for sure. They have a two-dimensional attack with Holcomb at the helm. The Raiders have a bad defense and will be without by far their best offensive player. Buffalo winning is a lock to me.

Broncos arent as good as their record might indicate. They were outplayed by the Skins but won and they barely held on to beat New England. I dont like to bet against a home team after a road loss, so go with the Giants.

Browns vs Lions will be some good comedy. Tough call on who will win, I will defer to the home team - Cleveland.

Im going with the Vikings over Green Bay. Burleson should be back in action. I think the Packers will come out flat after their bye week.

If Moss was healthy, Id say Oakland for sure over Buffalo. Probably still gonna roll with the Raiders at home but may switch it to Buffalo.
