Another QB Trade - Rattay to the Bucs

I think SF's decision is great for fantasy owners.

The defense that plays SF is now a solid play.

Previous WW defenses like Tennessee, Arizona, St. Louis now become viable options when they play the hapless Niners.

I wonder how long until Rattay starts over Chris Simms?

I'm gonna guess one game. Rattay was a top-half QB on a bottom 1/8th team. I wish him a lot of success there, and wish Mike Nolan would stop trading our decent players for 7th round picks.

At least it's not wacky yet. According to SI Rattay is there as a "veteran backup" which to me, means that I'll get at least a game or 2 from Simms if I need him. I'm not counting on him making it to week 10, unless he performs well, and then, that's just a bonus.
