Depends on your other WR's.
Who you got? If you have the likes of Conway, Price, or other top WR's, I'd say take it. Green may have found himself, or maybe not. Can't say the same for a struggling niner's offense. Plus a QB will put up more consistent points for you than a WR, and it looks like you could use help.

No, not straight up, Owens has not been lighting it up and neither has his QB but he is more valuable than Green in my book.
