Last year Volek was great. But, he had Derrick Mason and Drew Bennett to which to throw. Tomorrow he has Brandon Jones and Tyrone Calico. He'll have a tough day with those receivers. My guess 220/1/1.

Did Mason/Bennett make McNair/Volek, or vice versa?

I'll agree with you on Bennett, but not Mason.
Thanks to Guttpuppy for the sig!

Let's just say that if Mason and Bennett were playing for the Titans tomorrow, Brandon Jones would be the third receiver and Calico would not see the field............
I think with Bennet out, Volek is going to have a tough day. The Arizona D is actually surprisingly stout, ranking 12th in the pass. I say he struggles: 200/1/1.

I just read that Volek is starting tomorrow. Anyone care to predict how he'll make out against that vicious Arizona defense?
I say 320/3/1.

Although my gut instinct is to agree with you because I'm high on Volek, I'd temper that expectation a bit. It's no secret that the Titans will run and run and run on Arizona, so that much passing probably isn't going to happen.
That "vicious Arizona defense" that you mock completely shut out Rattay and Hasselbeck, held Bulger to one TD with an INT, and hasn't allowed any QB better than 2TDs and an INT. Arizona hasn't given up more than 243 yards to any QB this year. Wesley Walker's prediction of 220-1-1 probably isn't far off. I'd be less conservative and add another TD. The yards and INT look about right.
