Bruce & Dunn for E. George?

Should I trade Isaac Bruce and Warrick Dunn for Eddie George and Mark Brunell?
Here's my team:
Qb Tom Brady, Kurt Warner
Rb Ricky Williams, Lamar Smith, Warrick Dunn, Travis Minor,
Terrell Fletcher
Wr Isaac Bruce, Marty Booker, David Patten, Deon Branch,
Joey Galloway, Derrick Alexander, Josh Reed, David Terrell,
Ashlie Lelie
Te Ernie Conwell, Frank Wychek

I have a ridiculous amount of Wr's on my roster and I am worried about upcoming bye weeks/possible injury for my 2 starting Rb's. I will not be happy starting Dunn. Can I afford to take the hit by giving up a receiver without getting one back? There's 12 teams in my league and everyone seems to be thin at Rb.

No i woudlnt do the trade. Because Tom Brady is way better than mark brunell and he is consistent. You dont need a slacker like brunell. Also, keep dunn.

Don't Do IT!! Burnell has been marginal the last couple of seasons and George has not had a 100 yard rushing game in 22 games. Dunn might not be great but he is cerainly a better investment than George.

I only want Brunell as insurance. Brady is my starter. The real question I have is: Do I improve my Rb situation with George instead of Dunn? I think I do, but is it worth giving up Bruce?

its too much giving up bruce as well. i see this issue both ways. if george stays healthy then yes you do upgrade, and also chances are that dunn will be phased out due to the emergence of duckett. right now dunn is the better back, but george isnt playing his best ball. If I were you I would stay put for now.

No its not worth giving up bruce. Remember which offense bruce is playing for even though warner is out. (Mike Martz).

Do it,George traditionally is a slow starter,Dunn is gonna lose his starting job to Duckett.Bruce has apparently lost a step this year,including losing his QB.Brunell would be a solid back-up for you.

hey guttpuppy, that step you are referring to is at the qb position. and now, martin is in. I think he will pick up the slack.

I absolutely agree with GP on this, Do It ! Bruce is no longer the go to guy with Torry Holt becoming the main target and Dunn doesn't look to be going anywhere. I have George on my team and he is a slow starter but I can see him getting it in gear. Brady is your QB.

sorry mine not be the popular vote, but, george isnt going to get any better. I dont think martin has a "main target" as you say. But, if you think so. More power to ya.
