Oakland defense

Postby The Lung » Mon Oct 24, 2005 10:08 am

Oakland's defense hasn't been strong so far this season - they've been about middle of the road in rushing yards allowed and on the lower end of the spectrum as far as passing yards allowed. But they just lost two key starters to injuries and will have to rely on rookies over the next two months, making for favorable fantasy matchups.

Charles Woodson broke his right leg, and Derrick Gibson dislocated his left wrist Sunday, leaving the Oakland Raiders without two key starters in their secondary for up to two months.

Nice.

I've been benching all my players against the vaunted Oakland defense. With this news, I'll make sure to start players against the Raiders.

Notice that I mentioned to begin with that Oakland's defense hasn't been strong so far this season.

Why the moniker Brutally Huge? The Conshohocken *** would suit you better.

Your sarcastic remarks are not appreciated. You're the only member of the Cafe that responds to posts with sarcasm, derision, and a know-it-all attitude. Be respectful and you get respect in return. It's far from justified, but when you're a ****, people are going to resort to name calling.

People should not resort to name-calling at all.

You show lack of disclipine. Get your emotions in check. Maybe you shouldn't post at this time of the month.
