Philip Rivers sig

Hey guys. I was wondering of some one could create a Phil Rivers sig. I would like it to be NC State themed. Him playing for NC State, not San Diego.

I want some catchy line of there but I can't think of it. Maybe "Greatest to wear the Red and White" But that's pretty long.
