Oct 25 Lori Nickel, of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, reports Green Bay Packers RB Tony Fisher can expect the bulk of the carries, the Packers say they aim for 28 a game no matter who the running back is, if the painful poke he took to the eye against Minnesota doesn't limit him this week. Fisher thinks he can handle the load. "He'll be the guy; he'll get the opportunity to show people he can be the guy, show people he's more than a third-down back," running backs coach Edgar Bennett said. "This is something that he's prepared for his entire life."

28 carries a game? Seems to me he definitely has value.

EVen if he gets 20 to 24 carries a game, that should be good for 75 + yards

Fisher is a solid pass catcher. In GB that is a must for the RBs, he might be good for 100 combined even on a bad day.. Don't know about those touchdowns though. Probably a better pickup than Antowain Smith or Aaron Stecker in performance leagues.
