Steve Smith is the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd WR option in that offense. He also chips in at TE when needed ;-7

Seriously, Steve sees about 70% of the passing plays in that offense, but the 2nd WR is Colbert for now.

I would stay away from all other CAR WR's at this point, even if you are really hurtin at WR there are better pick ups out there

I'd say they have about equal value. Gardner is gonna get the occasional fade pass in the red zone, while colbert will get more targets and yardage. Unless its a flex in a 3wr league that's 14 teams I wouldn't be starting either.
