No one has further input after what I brought to the tbale concerning Davis? He IS a touchdown Monger... you have to give him that... he's a monster on the goal line

To be honest....if I were him, I wouldn't even consider taking that trade before I hit the decline button. Davis has good TD value...but he only really gets those TDs at home. He has 9 TDs this year....only one of them was on the road. There is also the problem that he has durability problems and is starting to slow down a bit.

Fitzgerald is a nice addition to his team....but there are two sides to the Boldin injury. One side says that his numbers will go way up because of Boldin not being there. The other side says that his numbers will drop considerably because of his absence. Without a running game, Arizona is going to have to almost depend solely on Fitz....and teams will try to take that away. It all depends on how highly he views Fitz in this case.

Personally, I don't view defenses as great bargaining chips to help get that key stud you want. I almost completely disregard the defense part of a trade....he has Carolina, so in all actuality he really doesn't need Cincy all that much.

If you offer it and he accepts then you got a good deal. It's not so one sided that it would be vetoable, but if I were him I probably would ask for more.

I agree with matt here, also, wihtout LT his running back corp has very little depth and is 2 big hits away from being done. Taylor and Davis are both fragile and KJ has been a bust so far. The Cinci/Carolina D's are a wash pretty much so there is nothing really to gain there for him, and the additon of Fitz who could either make a huge jump in value (being the primary target) or a huge drop (teams will focus solely on him since there are no other offensive weapons on the team) is not enough to trade away LT.
