This is a nasty week to pick em. I dont like any of these games. There are too many road favorites.

Even though the Vikings are a wreck I cant believe they are home dogs vs the Lions.

The Panthers -2.5 at Bucs looks like a decent bet. Chris Simms blows!

Colts-Patroits will probably be a shootout and the OVER looks good.

I'm with you JimB - not a pretty week.
I see your Carolina pick ... it could happen. TB D screws that one up for me a little bit but whatever ... its just money, right?
Add the Oakland-KC over to the dismal mix too. KC Dbacks are pretty pitiful and Oakland is like 4th in passing. Got a little rushing push here too ... it could happen. I also like the Oak-KC game cause it is early and if by some insane gift from God a person actually won you could bet again on the late games.
I'm sucking so far this year and still numb from the Washington debacle. Just a win is all I need. Then another one ... then another one.
How is everybody else doing? Lets pick one this week ...

I'm liking the over in the Detroit v. Minnesota game... I think the replacements (Brad and Jeff) will do well, and I can EASILY see a score of 24-17.... 37.5 seems like an awfully low line to me....

A lot of these lines look intriguing.

Carolina looks good. Carolina's beat Tampa at Tampa the last two times and beat them the last two times at home too. Simms is in and Carolina has the #2 run D. Panthers are hot. My bookie actually has Carolina at -1, so I'll probably take them.

Bengals look good too. They shouldn't have a problem with the Ravens.

Is there some reason nobody likes San Diego going to NYJ and giving up 6.5? I like the Chargers to cover that. The more I look around the more that one keeps looking better. SD is 3-0-1 ATS in their last four on the road. NYJ is 2-5 ATS in their last seven overall.

I don't like the KC/Oak over as much now ... Priest brainbusted, Green yes or no or who knows, kinda weird.
TB D still screws up my mind on that one for now.
The suspense builds - I'm even with the book and need a lock ... could it be Seattle

I like that one too. Especially with Boldin out and Zona' having no run game to speak of.
