In the animation programs you use, is there an effect to make the text/image spin? (similar to a slot machine)

To do this with the program I have, the only way I can see to do it is to make mutilple images of the text to create the spinning effect. I'm trying to find an easier way.

Unfortunately, theres no other way of doing this with a program designed for flat graphics to my knowledge. In photoshop you gotta do the spinning yourself
