Play Larry Johnson

Priest was downgraded to doubtful so it looks like LJ is going to get the start vs Oaklands toilet paper defence. If you've been holding him on your bench all year like I have, now it's time to reap the benefits without worrying about how many carries he's going to get in a RBBC.

THE NEWS
Chiefs running back Priest Holmes will be officially downgraded to doubtful for this week's game against the Raiders because of the concussion he sustained in week eight, a team source confirmed for Fanball.com after practice on Friday. "I haven't [gotten the doctor's report] but [team president] Carl Peterson and other people have talked to him," head coach Dick Vermeil said. "It's doubtful." Holmes, who is on his way back from California from a visit with a neurological specialist, missed all three team practices this week.
Our View
Larry Johnson, your table is set. Last year, Johnson served as the Chiefs' feature back in both games against the Raiders and totaled 296 combined yards and four touchdowns. Assuming Holmes is indeed inactive on Sunday, L.J. is a must play.

For some reason a lot of people don't seem to realize that for this game and any other games Priest doesn't play in, Larry Johnson is effectively EQUAL to Priest Holmes the way he was in 2002/2003/first half of 2004. With Larry Johnson's ability combined with that offensive line and Oakland's [lack of] defense, I would expect AT LEAST 2 TDs out of LJ tomorrow.

Just look at the games where he got extensive playing time later in the season with Priest out:
