Eagles better with Favre?

Do you agree that the Eagles would be unbeaten if Brett Favre were their quarterback, that Favre has "played through injuries" and is "knowledgeable about the quarterback position,"?

I absolutely agree they would be better off but I don't know about unbeaten. The defensive woes are as big an issue as the offense. I have a ton of respect for McNabb and he is a great athlete but he is not a great QB in the mold of a guy like Favre.

Actually, I'm not sure if either would be better. I can't see the Colts without Peyton, and Tom Brady is in a league of his own.

Eh, it's not just McNabb. They aren't running the ball, and the defense seems to have bi-polar or something.

Not to mention the TO issues.

I'd say they'd be doing better with Favre soley due to him being healthy. But healthy McNabb vs healthy Favre, i'd take McNabb at this point.

Favre is an improvement, but undefeated? That defense is still giving up 35 points every week. I don't know that Favre could make up for that.

And I think a coach that calls running plays would probably be more of an improvement than Favre would.

What TO should have said is that we would be undefeated with the Indy defense instead of the Eagles defense. Because that is true. The offense, besides the running game, is not the problem. Giving up 500 yards and 49 points to Denver is.

Farve is the better passer, you can't argue that, and because of mccnabs injuries he hasnt been able to scramble. Yes the eagles would be better with farve at qb but undefeated? Theres to many varibles to say that.
