is there a 2nd-half comeback on the way? im thinking he could really pull something out and be good the second half of the season, so i just picked him up off waivers, and am seeing if his trade value will rise, or maybe hell be a backup for me if drew bennett never decides to come back...
Suprising he was on waivers in my 4 leagues he never hit the wire.
I dont know if he will have a GOOD second half but a decent second half is not out of the question. The Texans will likely be behind in most of there remaining games forcing Carr to throw and AJ is there most potent weapon.
I say he averages about 70 - 80 yards a game and a TD every other week.
I think he's going to improve. I'd say 50-60 yards and a TD every 3 weeks. Considering how he's done thus far in the season, these numbers would be a huge jump.
You are lucky to get him off waivers, he has had a horrible season, but he is still supremely talented and can put up numbers if Carr and the offensive line have a decent week.

I'm starting him THIS week. He's playing the Colts who still haven't proved to me they can stop the pass, and he's almost guaranteed to be playing from behind and racking up points against that prevent D in the last few minutes of the game.
Just remember... the guy only had one good game after week 6 of LAST season. He's talented, but has been a very below average fantasy receiver for over a year, now.
I'd wait to see a couple more good performances before starting him. Indy has a pretty good pass rush, and HOU has no O line.
