Rice as a #2 WR is not bad.
W/out Porter, Rice will get more recept's, in theory. Problem is, w/out Porter, the opposing D doesn't have a deep, fast WR to cover, so they can play tight on Rice and Brown.
If your league gives points for recept's, Rice is an acceptable #2. if it does not, he can still be, though match-ups must be more closely examined.
The Raider who most benefits from Porter's absence might be Charlie Garner.
