step 1. go to download.com and search for adobe photoshop (or any other program like jasc paint shop pro etc.)
step 2. click on the program that you want to download, i suggest adobe photoshop elements for starters, or mabye adobe photoshop cs2.
step 3. download the program and it is a 30-day free trial.

Yes, you probably can. But I suggest you download the 30 day trial first and be sure you enjoy making sigs before you get yourself into anything illegal, or anything that could screw up your computer.

If by get, you mean download the trial legally of adobe.com, then yes.

Don't download the whole thing off limewire without messing around first and getting comfortable with the trial, because it's a bit overwhelming at first.

You don't want to waste all that time downloading the full version, and potentially screwing up your computer, to end up not liking it.
