ps3 for me. I think. I need about 200 more dollars by april of next year.


At my local EB games store they have a Xbox360 there which you can play demo's on. It looks pretty cool, but im just a PlayStation guy.

If I were to choose between consoles I would go with PS3 as well

I've still got a lot of games to play on my old systems. I'm sure I'll get one eventually... but it'll be when the price drops to less than $200. I can wait... and dammit... I will.

I didn't know EB had a demo unit set up, though. Might be cool to head over and check it out one of these days.

I'm definitely getting an XBox 360.

The only reason I would get a PlayStation is for the Final Fantasy games. And that series has been arse lately, all of the characters being crybaby feminine types. Plus the dude who made Chrono Trigger, and the series music composer Uematsu or whatever.. have split Square and formed their own company to do XBox RPG's. One called Blue Dragon is coming out, looks pretty sweet.

Other awesome games coming out for the 360: Mass Effect, Perfect Dark Zero, and of course Halo 3.

Mass Effect is going to be amazing. I saw some of the screenshots and features in OXM and it's going to rock the casba.

This may sound pathetic but had to add it in, I'm buying the xbox alright! the Regular xbox that is haha.

Sick and tired of not being able to play Madden online because my Xbox is modded, sure I got any game I wanted for free, but it comes to a point of getting tired of playing the computer, so I am going to buy a mod-free xbox this week soley to play madden on xbox live.

The CAFE should have a Madden 06' tourney, man that would be dope.

I'm with you guys. I'm a Playstation guy. The only games I ever play are Sports games such as Madden, NCAA anything, and GTA. I'm not a huge fan of Halo (It's a fine game but I don't see what the big deal is).

The Graphics for the PS3 are supposed to be better(although I imagine you wont be able to tell a difference). I am going to wait an extra 4 months and continue my PS tradition.
