Help with CBS Sportsline

I signed up for the Football Commissioner product at CBS Sportsline. Now I want a refund (as they advertise they will give for any reason), but I have gotten no response to my repeated requests for a refund over several business days.

Does anyone have any experiece with getting a refund from CBS Sportsline? If so, could you give me some advice?

(And no, I can't call my credit card company and refuse payment - I abandoned this league when it got corrupted and moved my league to another CBS Football Commissioner league. I paid for both leagues on the same credit card. So if I cancel payment, I have a 50/50 chance of deleting my active league.)
