Got a few questions

Well i made my first logo a week or go or so, its in my sig, what is the thoughts on it, keep in mind because of limited rescourses at the moment i dont have photoshop, im using a variation of free photo editors and other things, do you think paintshop pro is worth getting if i want to continue making sigs for enjoyment? and for the time does any one know a good free program (not a trial)? thanks in advance boys.

A free diting program that a lot of people use is the Gimp...
