IDP League Players:

How often do you change your IDP? With very few exceptions (R Mathis, DL), I've been making at least one change to my DBs or LBs every weekend and its worked out amazingly well. I more or less switch within the same five or six guys for both positions, once in a while less variance for DBs depending on if one has been returning kicks/punts. This is my first league using IDP and I absolutely prefer it to playing a whole defensive unit.

ive switched them a few times, i start 4 IDPs, 2 from any positon, then 1 db and 1 dl(which also means linebackers on yahoo). for week 1 i started keith bulluk, takeo spikes, mike brown, and patrick kerney. now i start urlacher, keith bulluck, mike brown, and odell thurman

I constantly switch my IDPs because they keep getting injured...

I don't do much switching of my front four (DLs Strahan and Ogunleye and LBs Z.Thomas and A.Davis), but I switch my DBs a lot, since they all average about the same per week.
