Hey AZ Cardinals fans!!! Help Please !!!

Is Reggie Swinton the #1 guy on Kick returns and punt returns? He's listed 3rd on the depth chart for both return positions on the Cards depth chart, but he seems to be the guy who is returning kicks (from looking at stats).

I need to acquire a KR in a goofy league and am thinking he's good for a look.

Who is it that actually will be pulling the KR duty and PR duty for the Cards ST over the next few weeks??

He is in fact listed first on the depth chart at NFL.com. Either they're changing things up for some reason or the guy running the Cardinals site is not paying attention.
