Who is Arizona's return guy?

I'm in a league that awards equal points for return, receiving and rushing yards so return guys make excellent 3rd receivers. Arizona's Defense is awful so their Return man will get lots of yards. But who is their return guy?
Kevin Kasper sat out last week with a back problem but I can't seem to find any info on the severity of the problem. Will he start this week or will it be the guy who started last week?

On a similar note Houston's return guy moses gave up 3 returns last week to Domanick Davis. Anyone know why? Is this the start of a trend of splitting return touches for them?
