Another option is to bid on any free agents or dropped players. That way everyone has a chance if they can afford it.

Thanks for all the replys. I emailed the commish and recommended that all players dropped after the trade deadline should be off limits in our first come first serve waivers. We do a blind bid until thursday then it is first come first serve.
