Is it finally CTaylor's job now?

Since it's too late to make the playoffs I think splitting carries is a good idea. Jamal Lewis is not the same player as he used to be. I don't think he ever will be again. Too many carries. Taylor is the one you keep. At the same time I think you continue to split carries at about a 60-40 rate. You don't need to get Taylor hurt. That's the worst case scenario.
The facts have no meaning.

Jamal Lewis - 1411 carries
LaDainian Tomlinson - 1574 carries, 322 receptions
Shaun Alexander - 1579 carries, 182 receptions
Edgerrin James - 2075 carries, 340 receptions

Yeah, I can see how you'd say he's had too many carries. And please, don't try to say how he's a, "big bruiser" who takes more punishment. He bounces to the outside more than James does. For whatever reason, he's written it in this year (which brings up a whole new set of problems in and of itself).
"Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use."

From ESPN:

News: The Ravens will continue to split the carries between Taylor and Jamal Lewis against the Bengals this week like they did last week, the Baltimore Sun reports.

Spin: Coach Brian Billick wouldn't comment on the free agent status of both Taylor and Lewis. "That's not an issue right now," Billick said. "We have two good backs, and we're going to use both backs because right now that seems to be the most productive angle for us. The rest of it will take care of itself."

I wouldn't want either of them starting for my fantasy team.

My first four picks... Jamal Lewis, Donovan McNabb, Darrell Jackson, Joe Horn. Somehow I am still in the chase for the playoffs.
