I Love "The Playmaker"

I personally enjoy people like Irvin. Tons to say. True or not true.

Kick-back. Don't be so uptight. Stop hating and start smiling. :-D ;-D

i HATE having to listen to him. His points of view are so dumb and one sided. Steve young is the best one on nfl countdown. I watch the show to listen to his opinions, when i can hear him over irvins mouth

I enjoy every single personality on TV. Take them for what they are worth. Individuals.

IE Bill Walton this guy is a freaking clown. Nothing he ever says has ANY bearing. I hated him becuase he was inaccurate.

Ultimately I took a step back and enjoyed him for what he is worth. Comedy. "Throw it dooown... Big Maaaan!"

You cannot take him seriously. But he is a mainstay on ESPN basketball games. Why? I don't know. But its funny. Just like Irvin is funny with his short "windsor tie".

Very well said, I used to be the same way, now I don't let it bother me. If it really bothers you that bad, turn the TV down and put on some tunes... ;-D

For shizzle my Wizzle!! Ya gotta laugh at these guys sometimes, if for no other reason than what they get to do to make a living. As stupid as they sound, here they are getting to spout off on TV to a couple million people about things we have to sit here and type about to a few hundred.

I really don't mind what the analysts on ESPN or Fox are saying, but sometimes when the Monday Night Countdown crew begins to crack up at every little thing it can encourage me to change the channel.

I may be alone, but I usually don't watch much on ESPN if Chris Berman is speaking. I'm not a big fan of him.

It seems like Irvin says things just to stir the pot, and he is always interrupting everyone on countdown. I do enjoy him on the Dan Patrick show, he is much better when one on one.
