I went to most of Leinert's home games as Mater Dei is only 3 miles from my house and have seen both at many SC games. Bush is by far the better pro prospect and honestly I'm not sure if Leinert is even pro material, he's simply a product of the great offensive machine which surrounds him.
Kinda how Palmer was the same product of the system and not pro material?

What does Palmer's success have to do in the least with Leinert's possible pro abilities? Will Matt be bringing the entire SC offense to the pros with him? Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed watching Leinert over the years and think he's had a great HS/College career, but no way he's a better pro pick than Bush, nor does he possess the skill of Palmer.
In the least?
Uhhh Palmer went to SC. People said there was a risk he was a system QB, a product of the SC offense.
So yeah, there is an obvious connection.
He's also put up better numbers then Palmer, in the same system. Physically I'd get the edge to Palmer, but mentally leinart has basically played 30+ playoff games in a row. Going back to back to back? Are you kidding? The guy is 6'5 225.
If look at leinart physically, mentally, there's nothing not to like. He's a lock for the top 3. Palmer having great success only helps leinart. They both ran an nfl style offense, both performed under lots of pressure, and you can argue leinart has performed far better.
To the point, I don't think Bush or Leinart will be a bust.
