Who's the one coach you're attempting to lure away from College Football?

Probably Pete Carroll...although he already had an NFL stint and didn't do so great. :-?

Homer call - Jim Tressel :-D

But seriously, Pete Carroll or Charlie Weis would be my top choices if I were a GM looking for a college coach

Charlie Weiss. The perfect temperment for the NFL and a guy who has shown he can get it done at that level.

I would not want Carroll. First attempt was a flop and he is a rah rah guy...rah rah guys are great for college but struggle in the NFL.

None. College coaches historically don't fare well in the NFL.
