the coach id want to bring over wouldnt be the head coach, but hes already in the nfl. id want norm chow as my offensive coordinator.

I agree Charlie Wies would be a great NFL head coach. But you have no chance in hell at pulling him away form Notre Dame. The guy loves that school too much. It is his dream job.

I'd give Pete Carroll one more shot. Don't think he'd be all too successful though. History has a tendency to repeat itself...

No way he makes it 5 years at that school. He will be back in the NFL before then, not next year but maybe in 2.
