Defensive statistics

I am trying to decide between staring Portis v. San Diego or Anderson @ Dallas this weekend.

Anyway, I need to find a site that will tell me how running backs have been doing against these defenses. All I've been able to find are aggregate stats on how much yards they give up on average per game. I want to see how starting running backs do against them, especially in the last few weeks.

If anyone can help ... thanks in advance.

ESPN has "Points against breakdown". Just looking at starters:

This site ranks defenses: overall, against the pass, and against the rush... It also seperates the rankings within each category into rankings in terms of yardage allowed v. touchdowns allowed....
