Interesting, I wouldn't put it out of reach to say that the Pats and Eagles both have shots at missing the playoffs.

So in other words, his behavior will be no different than its been when he was playing?
Hehehe... kinda ironic that TO will get to still be the center of attention, continue to shoot his mouth off, and make more money on top of his $200K per week while doing so...

Maybe the Eagles should just put his ass on the field till he shoots off his mouth again and then they can suspend him again and save the $200K per week?

humphrey - Yeah lets just stop posting here and put everything in there. After all, we are talking about player updates literally all the time here, right?

This is big news and it deserves attention. There are a lot of worthless TO threads on this page (see "Get ready for all the who should I drop TO threads" and "Who should I drop TO for", but that doesn't change the fact that there are legit threads too.

because this second thread you started on TO was soooo necessary as well....pfft :-b

Brutally Huge,

I don't like TO, but I do appreciate his onfield abilities and dislike that I won't be able to enjoy them week after week.
I also like pulling chains occasionally and this TO issue is one where it is so easy to do so..., especially disgruntled Eagle fans. :-D

It gives us something to do until Santa visits Lincoln Financial again... ;-)

Okay... I guess I'll let this TO thing drop now... as long as no one else addresses me directly, requiring a response.

So, what do you folks think about CJ's antics? (opening different can of worms)

Nothing wrong with his "antics" as far as endzone dances...nor with TO's endzone "antics."

Does CJ criticize teammates? Publicly bash his coach and coordinators? Take to TV and demand a new contract a year after signing one? Engage in fisticuffs with an Eagles' employee?

No. He doesn't. CJ's a good teammate.

I'm in complete agreement with Brutally Huge on CJ. Johnson is a goofball and there's nothing wrong with that. He's totally committed to the Bengals and helping his team win football games, something Terrell Ownes seems to be oblivious to.

I agree with you, so far... let's see what happens when he takes the Bengals to the Super Bowl and they don't renegotiate his contract. TO was behaved last year and even risked his career playing hurt(against docs orders) to try to help his team win the Super Bowl. Then, he felt that the Eagles didn't appreciate what he did and he had his season long hissy-fit.

Let's see what CJ does if the same thing happens to him next year?

PS - BH, I much prefer this post where I didn't have to use my universal translator...jk. :-D
