Question about file size.

I'm new at this...
How can I reduce the file size of my sigs?
I have seen a few elaborate sigs with up to six players on a single one...what!?!?
How does that work?
I can't figure it out.

Usually to reduce the size you have to do reduce the quality of it when you save. I haven't used PSP in about 5 or 6 years so I'm not sure how you would do it with that. I don't know if there is a "Save for web" function like on Photoshop. In that function is where you have a slider that you can reduce it. If you notice, like my sig it looks a little fuzzy because I had to reduce it to about 45% quality compared to 100% where it'd be crisp and colorful.

Yeah, there is a file optimizer on PSP like there is in photoshop.
But what I don't get is how people can fit so much stuff on a sig, and it still looks decent. I would think that it would completely ruin it to bring the quality down so much.
I guess I just thought I was missing something.
Apparently not.
