You guys nailed all of my favorites:
Christmas Story
Christmas Vacation
Scrooged
It's a Wonderful Life

The Madagascar Penguins Christmas Caper is pretty funny, although it's only about 5 minutes long.

All the old shows are great, too (Grinch, Rudolph, Santa is Coming to Town, etc...). It's fun with my 2 1/2 year old daughter getting old enough to start liking those. We watched Rudolph the other night.

I like The Muppet Christmas Carol. Me and the wife watched it last night... well, I watched it while she fell asleep on me. Other than that I like Nightmare Before Christmas too. To think of it, those are the only 2 Christmas ones in my DVD collection that I have.

If you don't mind a little black humor at Christmas time, "The Ref" and "Bad Santa" are both fun to watch during the holidays.

I agree with both A Christmas Story and the Nighmare before Christmas.

Bad Santa is hilarious. The Grinch is classic and Christmas Vacation is a must watch every year. I dont mind Santa Clause with Tim Allen either.
