Apparently Carthon was waived by Indy on November 30th. That's gotta suck. You score a couple of times for an undefeated team, likely headed for the Super Bowl and they cut you right before the playoffs. Ouch!

Maybe they'll be re-signing him just before the playoff run, but apparently they feel confident enough with Rhodes and Mungro in tow, not that I blame them.

Rhodes actually has a higher career yards per carry average than James, and when he filled in for James in 01, he had more yards per carry in that season than James has ever had in a single season.

Wow, I never realized how high Rhodes' ypc was that year. That's impressive to say the least, though I'd still feel a lot safer with James back there after this season. It's going to be so interesting to see what Polian does after 2005 is all said and done.
