Is Collins going to start again?

After the Tui experiment blew up in the Raiders face, do you think that Collins will be back under center next week?

I think he will. Turner needs to win some games in order to keep his job

I don't think he will (which sucks for raiders owners) because I think Turner is done either way and they're dumping Collins at the end of the year more than likely (due to his huge salary and roster bonus next year).

They will give the 3rd stringer a chance probably. I doubt Collins will play again for Oakland.

Andrew Walter is the 3rd Guy in Oakland. I'd give him a shot. (He has a great arm, and at this point what do the Raiders have to lose?)

I hope so. The Collins owner in my league dropped him to the WW last week.

I'm going to pick him up as I'm in a desperate need for a QB for the playoffs. My only options right now are Brad Johnson, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Kyle Orton.

Been a sucky year for me ever since C-Pepp went down. Never found even a decent replacement. But, I've made the playoffs so it's time to make a gamble at the QB spot.

I'll be checking back on this thread to see if the Raiders announce anything.

It makes no difference to me now. The damn Raiders benching him when they did cost me the first round of the playoffs. Brad Johnson did superb coming off my bench, especially facing the Peyton Manning owner. :-# I don't understand how Collins did so poorly (in real life) with that team around him. Moss was non-existent most of the year, and a good portion of that was due to Kerry's reluctance to get him the ball. Maybe the third stringer can at least find Moss on occasion.

Why start Tui again when they might be in a position to draft a QB next year?

Can you imagine Vince Young on the same team as Randy Moss, Jerry Porter and LaMont Jordan?

I just got a partial erection at the thought.
