You would think there would be at least a trickle of blood coming from the wound...makes me wonder about its realism.

It's possible (and hopefully for him) that the car in the first pic was parked. I see the lights, but the driver's arm seems to be reaching out to him like he knows he's there.

If you look closely you can see the dust kicked up around the tire. Makes me think the driver is on the brakes, and the car is skidding. Even worse for that poor guys arm
