Here's to SA owners who drafted him over LT!!

Both are great backs, but at the time everyone in the league laughed when I let LT slip to #3 (Peyton = 1). Who's laughing now? Alexander outscored him in my league and came up big for me in the Super bowl.

I just wish he'd stay in Seattle next season...

I'm not laughing. I took LT2 with the #2 pick and dispatched the SA owner in the first round (as well as the first game of the season) on my way to the superbowl.

I'll admit that I drafted LT with the #1 draft choice.

I'm just happy i pulled that trade off during week 6 sending away
D. Davis, J. Smith and R. Moss for S. Alexander. Having SA or LT is nice... having both is even better.

I took LT #1 and won the superbowl. Wouldn't have changed anything with my draft. Also won league high points and more $$

I myself won the Championship in a league where with the third draft pick I took LT. The #1 pick went with P. Manning and the #2 pick went with SA. Even though I give mad props to SA, I will still pick LT over SA next season if I am lucky enough to get a high enough pick.

Thanks for the great sig, Washamur

I took SA with the third pick (#1 Peyton, #2 LT) and with him AND LJ finished up a winning season yesterday!

I'll still take LT over SA next year, but either one is money in the bank, a game or two here or there notwithstanding.

But no way I'd ever take Manning number one.

I was lucky enough to get shaun alexander with the 8th pick in my 12-team league, it is a qb heavy league where a passing td is a full 6 points. He ended up scoring more points than anyone else in the league, including the qb's. What really makes me smile is that my friend took priest holmes with the 7th pick over SA ;-D. (LT went 6th) And with help from santana moss and steelers dst, SA carried me to and helped me win the championship.

Thats one of the most idiotic trades I have ever heard (for the other guy). Let me play in your league next year....

If the other guy had no receivers, but had Rudi Johnson and Willie Parker, this trade would have made sense. Not exactly great, but at least justifiable.
