Steve McNair---I hate You!

Postby jzfran » Tue Dec 27, 2005 4:05 pm

I decided to start Steve McNair over Chris Simms or Brad Johnson this week. McNair scored -3.54 points, and I lost by 8 points. Simms (16.64 pts) or Johnson (18.78 pts) would have won me the championship!

The 1st 6 words of your post show who you should be mad at...yourself for making the wrong decision.

No reason to be mad, its just a crapshoot sometimes. There was no right decision with those choices, no way of knowing who was going to have the good game.

McNair, Simms, Brad Johnson?
Hell, you should drop to your knees and thank the fantasy Gods you made it as far as you did. :-b

Welcome to the world of the guy who missed his playoffs because he started Brad Johnson vs. the Rams non-existent defense in Week 14. Got me two points. My backup, Drew Bledsoe, got 24 points.

Yeah, I have no faith in any of the Titans players anymore..

Still a die hard fan though.

Well

I started Mcnair last week in the semi finals with the superbowl going this week.

-3 points...

I was pissed...

Its amazing what 31 points ouf of Shawn Alexander can do for your view of the QB you started. By the end I was all, "Well, at least they took him out before he was -10.... All is well...."

Winning fixes EVERYTHING!

You won't have to worry about him again. McNair has taken his last snap as a Titan, and maybe in the NFL. Why? The Titans owe McNair a $50 million roster bonus next year which, obviously, they won't pay. His injury history suggests he'll call it a career, imo.
