Just make the guy stand out more with like a glow or something else...

Yeah, the background is too busy. That blue is very bright and it's taking away from the player.

I would make the real Pacman stand out more and maybe transparency the background a little.

what program are you using?

If you are using Photoshop, you can do it through Layer Styling-Outer Glow

I personally have a thing against Pac-Man, cause he plays like S*** for the Titans and then makes up excuses. But still, a nice sig.

Yeah packman is highly overated. Too bad too, such a great nickname for his position. But the sig looks sweet though.
