At least not in the first round.
Just wondering, are you making an exception for LJ?

I agree here bigtime, although I don't know who, outside of LJ, had a great 2nd half while having a bad 1st half.

Is there somewhere I can find the splits?

1) Never draft a Denver RB.
2) Never, EVER draft more than one Denver RB.
3) See #1

(1) Never draft a QB 1st round.
Did it for the first time in 16 fantasy seasons this past year. Knew better. Just couldn't pass on Manning and paid for it at RB/WR all year long. Made playoffs. Finished 3rd.

(2) Draft Reggie Bush @ #3 pick or later - 1st round.
A rookie. Going to lousy team. But. The future is here. Now.
Rookie or not, I'd only put S Alexander and LT ahead of him. And maybe not that. With Alexander in an '05 contract year, and the Chargers forever in trouble.

My resolution is to believe more in older WRs. This may seem similar to biju, but I'm hoping to realize next year that older guys have a better chance at repeat success than do younger guys, and that you shouldn't count on a young guy breaking out as much as an older guy not dropping off. (rod smith, Jimmy Smith, galloway, glenn etc.)

Also, I've gotta be more regular in scouring the waiver wire in every league. Need to set a day to check the wire.

Drafting a Mid round RB as a starter.

Draft Guys that will produce despite their supporting cast (Torry Holt is my golden boy. He can produce with any QB/wr support cast/coach)

Drafting a good Defense can make a difference, but it doesn't have to if you have a good team otherwise. In other words, not counting on a Defense for fantasy points.
ADMIN edit: please note that the overall sig limit is 12k - thanks!

Seriously? Bold move, no doubt. I'm interested to hear more of your reasoning here.

Draft RBs and WRs first 4 rounds. Use VBD and the Cafe cheat sheet. Pick a QB no earlier than rd. 5. no TE except Gates before rd. 6

Pick back-up RBs and WRs and QBs before a D. or kicker let them go last. They are way to inconsistant to waste a mid round pick on.
First the Shock, then the Pistons can the Lions be next?

Well maybe next yr.

PS I didn't lose a paper bag challenge but somehow as a Lion's fan it just feels right.
