Ponder this, if the Niners lose, they will get the #2 pick and still end up with Bush.
The Saints have too much money wrapped up in Deuce and they've already shown that they've given up on Aaron Brooks. Most likely, they would take Leinart #1.
While Leinart to the Saints makes sense, I've heard that Haslett's gone on record saying Bush is the best college player he's ever seen and he'd love to have him.
Then again, he may not even be in Nawlins next year.
'Twas a fun year, fellas.

Yeah, Brown has missed alot of easy kicks lately. hmmm. I am really disappointed that this epic wasn't on national TV. One of the few games with any meaning, and with these two teams there is a certain carnival-like curiosity. Pity poor Bush having to go to one of these teams.
I think, therefore I am. I think fantasy, therefore I am unreal?

In typical Texan fashion, they kneel it to go to OT rather than taking a shot at losing it. They had confidence Banks could get picked, but thought the Niners might drop it or give it back to Andre Johnson, who being the silly youngster he is, might incidentally score and win it for them.
Maybe Dom Capers is getting paid by the hour for the finale.
