Can someone clean up my avatar?

Could someone clean up all the white pixels outside of the ripped part? They are mostly on the bottom half of it. Just do that and it should look crisper.

yea I can add that stuff no problem....but I don't have the PSD file anymore, so I can't get rid of the LT pics without making an entire new background.....
