I hated it, I only watched till halftime because Orton is so horrid..

I just hope Grossman can pull it off doing the playoffs, the Bears have a good shot of making it to the superbowl if Grossman does his job and the defense keeps playing like they were.

i think it was a decent idea. they didn't need to win that game...and grossman tore up his leg on that turf before. no sense in chancing it.

Horrendous decision. Rex isn't a polished veteran, he's inexperienced and needs gameday reps. Sure, there's an injury risk, but I disagree with his statement that the risk outweighs the reward in this case. If he's out of sync, he's no better than Kyle Orton, so if he's not going to be ready for this playoff game, we might as well have Orton back there.

he did ok coming in cold off the bench in the atlanta game.

Atlanta's not in the playoffs, and he wasn't spectacular - just an improvement over Orton, who's a whole different conversation of horrendousness. Everyone seems to forget he was picked at the 1 on his first drive.

I didn't like the move either, it's not like Grossman has had a lot of game experience this year. I hate to think he's really that fragile.

In my head I know that sitting a lot of the starters was a good thing, but in my heart I hated seeing the Bears get beat up on by the Vikings.

Kyle was the starting QB of the team last year, so after 1.5 bad games in a row forced him to sit out 1.5 game he was given a chance to confirm himself as starter for the Bears playoffs. He had another bad game so backup Rex started in the playoffs too.
