try to use brushes instead of just a plain "cloud" background, i think it would be the next step for you

Looks good, kind of big for here eh? :-? ;-7

Only thing I might do is if you look at his throwing hand, clean it up a bit, especially if you would keep it that big. Easily fixed with the original picture and lasso/copy/paste/merge.
