Is there any playoff fantasy leagues?

I don't know if they ever have any, I was thinking TSN might but is there any fantasy playoff leagues out there? I don't care what it is, regular fantasy football, pickem, salary cap, etc. I just want some sort of fantasy football thing to do during the playoffs since the only fantasy sports I play are baseball and football.
