I wouldnt be surprised to see a close game here. Penn State is good, but besides their senior QB (wish I could remember his name) their skilled positions are mainly filled by freshmen. On the other hand with Florida State it is all a matter of which Florida State team shows up. The one that did in Jacksonville for the ACC Championship game against Virgina Tech, or the team that was romped at the Swamp 34-7 just the previous week. I think a focused FSU team shows up tonight in such a big game. Im gonna go with the experience on this one, Penn State has only seen one BCS bowl game (Fiesta) since 1994. So I am gonna go with Florida State in a close one. 24-21

I gotta think Penn State wins here. They've been a better team than FSU all season and If they lose to FSU, then most of what they've accomplished this year kinda falls by the wayside.

I think Florida St. takes this one...it'll be a close one though. Both have pretty good D's. Penn State has the more expierienced QB in Marcus Robinson over the inexpierienced freshman Drew Weatherford...he has skills but this is a big game. I look for Leon Washington to have a decent game and control the ball for Florida St. The D for Florida St. is what wins this game in the end though.

I hate the 'Noles as a Gator fan, but watching them take that pounding from UF makes me think that they'll come out and play their best game tonight. The one thing that has me worried, though, is the fact that their QB Drew Weatherford is just a freshman. Hopefully he won't crap his pants.
Anyone else watch the ESPN piece on Tamba Hali (PSU DE #91)? Amazing story, can't help but root for this guy.

Go Penn St!!!

I think that everyone will finally see how dominant Penn St's defense is, lead by Paul Posluszny and Tamba Hali. I think they will get after Weatherford all night and give him a terrible time.

As for Penn State's offense, watch how good Michael Robinson is, he can take over a game.
